Our founding team has over 10 years of experience teaching children and we are certified teachers with a passion for Reggio-inspired learning and the arts.
Donna has worked with children for over 10 years, is a passionate Reggio-inspired teacher, and a dynamic piano teacher. She has her Bachelors of Education in elementary education and is an Associate of the London College of Music (Teaching - Pianoforte). Her passion is to empower students through music, art, and inquiry-based learning. She loves working with young children, playing the piano, and travelling!
Lisa is an Early Childhood Educator specialized in supporting children with learning difficulties and special needs. She completed her training/working experience in England at a specialist school/college where she became the Communications Teacher. Since returning to Canada, Lisa has worked as a Behaviour Interventionist and 1:1 support. She is a passionate and creative teacher who loves to make learning fun! In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exercising, and travelling.
Florence is a passionate teacher for high school and elementary students, while dedicating her summers to early learners waiting to explore! Through the school year she is a high school teacher in English, Socials, French and Art. Aside from teaching, she enjoys being outside in the sun by the water and exploring new places. Florence is also currently studying in her Masters of School Counselling where she will be specializing in family and children's therapy.
Monica is an Early Childhood Educator who has worked with children for over 10 years. As a philanthropist, she is an advocate for sustainable living, loves animals and enjoys giving back for such causes. She believes in teaching children to have a sense of humanity and compassion to make the world a better place! Her goal is to open a non-profit school that will benefit families of Vancouver. She loves teaching, singing and laughing.
Shannon is an explorer and a composer. She loves to create and watch creativity happen before her eyes. She enjoys discoveries with young children, and she believes that children are imaginative with their research and explorations. Shannon has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance from Simon Fraser University, and has collaborated with musicians, directors, and choreographers around Vancouver. She is currently studying to be an Early Childhood Educator because her joy for children's learning is inevitable.
