At Wonder of Learning, we offer a specialized private piano program. Our music teachers strive to make learning fun and are highly experienced in working with children from ages 2.5 to adults. We host two recital performances a year to celebrate our student's progress and success. As a Reggio-inspired / interest-based Learning Centre, we believe in individualizing each student's learning.
We also offer a specialized preschool private piano program for all budding pianists called WUNDERKEYS™ PROGRAM PRIVATE PIANO LESSONS. Piano Lessons For All Ages The exploration of music through piano lessons will help your child with focus, independence, creativity, discipline, self-esteem, and confidence!
We offer lessons that are tailored to each student's needs and we aim to inspire our students to be creative, expressive, and confident piano players! Depending on the child and parent, the student can learn for leisure or towards the Royal Conservatory of Music Piano (RCM) Exams. There are opportunities during the year to perform at piano recitals, festivals or competitions if interested. At what age can my child start piano lessons? We accept students as young as 3 years old. Instructors at WOLO School Of Arts receive specialized training in relation to music instruction for children of all ages.

What kind of piano programs do you offer besides private lessons?
3-5 YEARS OLD PREK-K PIANO PROGRAM This program is created specifically with preschoolers in mind who are new to music and the piano. Each lesson is a private one-on-one lesson with parent(s) in attendance for 30 minutes each lesson. The lesson will consist of 5 different activities to keep the preschoolers attentive, engaged, and having fun! There are approximately 30-33 lessons in total for the program. After completion of the program, students can begin with My First Piano Adventures or Piano Adventures.
What is the trial lesson and interview? A trial lesson is required for us to get to know one another and to find out more about your music goals, background, and interests. It is very important that the student and family is compatible with our teaching style as the nature of private piano lessons is ongoing and usually long-term with one teacher. This opportunity also allows us to answer any questions you may have.
Who are the music instructors at WOLO? We are currently growing our team. Click here to meet our teachers! Our instructors have formal musical training and/or extensive musical experience. Our instructors receive special training in areas including: child development, multiple learning styles, classroom management techniques, and human physiology.
Do you have a set curriculum that you use for every student? No, each lesson is customized and tailored to the student’s skill level, learning style, and musical goals. We work on setting goals and overcoming challenges.
How long are lessons? Music lessons are available in class times of thirty (30) minutes, (45) minutes and sixty (60) minutes.
Do you hold recitals and are they mandatory or optional? Yes, we host two annual recitals in the winter and summer (end of year). Everyone is encouraged to participate but it is optional.
